At Noiresta, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition
- Be returned in the original packaging
- Show no signs of wear, installation, or damage
To start a return, please contact us at orders@noiresta.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief reason for the return
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been installed or used
- Items damaged due to improper handling
- Items returned after the 14-day return window
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will assess the issue and offer:
- A replacement or
- A full refund
at no additional cost to you.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or provider
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged or defective item.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different item, please return your order and place a new one.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
