Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as it becomes available.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

- European Union countries
If your country is not available at checkout, shipping to that location is not supported at this time.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including carrier delays or customs processing.
Shipping Costs

Tracking Information

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

- Delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Packages returned to the sender due to address errors
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.
Delays and Lost Packages
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Noiresta cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Customs procedures
- Weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances

Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
